Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation.
No show bookings will incur a $45 fee which will be charged to your account.
Surgical no show bookings will be charged at 50% of the estimated surgery cost.
Any accounts remaining unpaid at end of the month the appointment was missed in will incur admin feed which will continue to be added to your account on the 1st of every month the account remains unpaid.
We trust you will respect this policy and understand it is in place to keep appointments open for pets that have a genuine need to see a veterinarian.
